Obituary of Lelai Mai Dickens

Lelai Dickens, of Lebanon, passed away on January 18, 2015 at age 90. The Funeral Service, conducted by Reverend Danny Sellars, is 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2015 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. and on Wednesday from noon until the service. Interment in Bethlehem Cemetery will follow the service. Pallbearers: David Dickens, Chris Nixon, Brad Dickens, Adam Dickens, Brandon Campbell, Walter Neal Jr., Kenneth Roberts, and Will Stafford. Honorary Pallbearers: Dakota Harper and Tracy Harper. Mrs. Dickens is survived by children: David (Bobbie S.) Dickens, Wesley (Doris) Dickens, John (Shelia) Dickens, Dorothy Brewer; and James Dickens; brothers: Johnny (Jane) Beal, David (Katherine) Beal, and Jody (Beverly) Beal; sister: Annie Lou Roberts; 17 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband Wesley Adrian Dickens Sr., sons Bobby Gene and Bobby Jr. Dickens, daughter Willie Mai Denney, sisters Frances Roberts and Laura Sisco, brother James Beal, and daughter-in-law Ruth Dickens.
