Obituary of James F. Woodard

WOODARD, James F., of Lebanon, passed away October 24, 2012 at the age of 68. Mr. Woodard was preceded in death by parents, Tommy and Bessie Woodard; 5 brothers; and 4 sisters. He is survived by wife, Judy Woodard; children, Melissa (Scott) Mittler and Michael (Diana) Woodard; 1 brother; 4 sisters; grandchildren, Victoria, Abigail, Zach, Chris, Tristan, Aidan, Piper, Donovan, and Brennan; great-grandchildren, Maddox and Scarlet; and several nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Zhou and Dr. West. Memorial contributions may be made to National Parkinson Foundation, Gift Processing Center, P. O. Box 5018, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5018. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 27th at 1pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Bro. Robert Bowen officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens with Chris Woodard, Zach Woodard, Scott Mittler, Chris Warrick, Dewayne Johnson, and Gregory Johnson serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are: Gary Johnson, Allen Johnson, Aaron Johnson and Shawn Donnell. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, October 27th from 10 am until time of service.
