Larry is an AMAZING man! When we boarded our horses with him at the stables before we moved to TX, he was always there with a smile. He was so good to my girls and he quickly became a good friend to us all. My girls have not come home from school yet and i am not looking forward to telling them when they do. H always made them laugh and taught them so much. i remember walking into the barn and hearing my girls and Larry singing :this " Girl Is On Fire" and dancing around having a good ole time. God bless Larry Patton!

Larry was a close friend for much of my adult life. From his early horse training days to his hair styling days then back to his first love, horses, Larry was an amazing person. He loved life and could always be counted on to be there for his friends. I will miss him greatly. Much love to his family.

My Prayer - Lord, be with Carolyn, Elaine, Lisa, and all Larry's family and friends. We love you and miss you Larry; and the Lord's blessings are with you as you are now with our Lord in Heaven. Psalm 121: 1-2 , 7-8
I lift up my eyes to the hills. From whence does my help come?
My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
The Lord will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life.
The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and for evermore. Love Darlene and Paul Goodier

Even now it is hard to say goodbye to such a loyal and true friend. Larry was so much more than just my horse trainer and former boss. He was like that older brother that always made life ok. He taught me what it was to have faith. Larry I will always hold fast to the lesseons that you taught me. I pray that God comforts his family. To Mrs Lisa and Mrs Elane, your brother touched so many lives, you could never know how much he meant to so many people. I want to say thank you for shareing him with my fiamly. Larry impacted my life in so many ways. I truly do miss him. I will never forget something he once said " Life is what you make of it, Make it good." Larry always knew how to say the right thing. Godspeed Larry I miss you so very much thank you for the memories and being my friend I will never forget you. Chase

Larry Patton was an amazingly funny man whom I worked for helping him care for the walking horses while I was attending high school. He always was honest and paid me on time and when I heard he had passed away it got me in my heart just wanted to send prayers for the family love Heidi Roberts.

My deepest condolences to his family. Larry was the kind of person that it did not matter if you knew him for 20 minutes or 20 years he was your friend. To me he was much more not only a friend but a brother and mentor. I count myself a very lucky person to have known him. I pray that God will comfort you in this time.

Larry taught me so much in the 2 short years that I knew him. I learned so much from him not just from the words he said, but in watching his actions and the way he lived his life. In many ways I wish I could be more like him, and he will never be forgotten. He introduced me to walking horses and taught me patiently even though I was not the best student. He never gave up on me. He gave me one of the greatest gifts I will ever receive, a horse he bred, and every time I look at him I think of Larry. We miss him so much, but I take peace knowing that he is in a better place watching out for us and that with him as a guardian angel we will never walk alone. I miss you Larry.

Larry was a great person and friend. I just found out about his passing and wanted to write and let his family know he will be sorely missed. My husband Wesley used to work for Larry helping out with his training and grooming and we went to many horse shows with Larry. My condolences go out to his family
