Obituary of Betty J Bennett

BENNETT, Betty J., age 83 of Mt. Juliet passed away March 16, 2012. Preceded in death by husband, Wirt L. Bennett; parents, John and Vernia Cowen; granddaughter, Autumn Bennett; brother, Vivan D. Cowen; sisters, Lena M. Watson and Thelma Capps; and son-in-law, Andy Moore. Survived by sons, Gary L. (Sharon) Bennett and Johnny W. (Tamara) Bennett; daughters, Brenda K. (Gerald) Clift and Cynthia D. Moore; grandchildren, Danny Lee Cothron, Jr., Chad J. Cothron, Brandon H. Clift, Misty D. Clift, Annie Logan Bates, Brittanylee Mobert, Nicholas Meador, A. J. Moore, Jr. and Brock Jamison Bennett; and great-grandchildren, Tanner Hamilton, Hunter Clift and Larysa Clift. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 18th at 2 pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Bro. Randy Stoecker officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens with Kenneth Whittymore, Bobby Capps, Danny Lee Cothron, Jr., Brandon Clift, Ronnie Bennett and Larry Watson serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Mrs. Bennett's grandsons. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, March 17th from 2-8 pm and Sunday, March 18th from 12-2 pm. Arrangements by Sellars Funeral Home at Mt.
