Obituary of Martha Ellen Dickens

DICKENS, Martha, age 64 of Lebanon passed away December 12, 2010. Preceded in death by parents, William, Sr. and Thelma Chambers Stroud; and brother, Bill Stroud, Jr. Survived by husband of 47 years, Woody Dickens; daughters, Telina (Phineas) Dorris and Tracy (Ron) Cloutier; sisters, Ann Meadows, Linda Moore, Alice (Larry) Flick, Pao Stroud, Jody (Tim) Roberts, and Connie (David) Powell; brothers, Arthur (Beth) Stroud, Jim (Denise) Stroud, and Sam (Pam) Stroud; grandchildren, Kellie (Bryan) Ward, C. J. (Lindsey) Dorris, Bryce Dorris, Chelsea Dorris, Nathan Sanderson, Kathryn Cloutier and one more expected; 1 great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 15th at 2 pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Pastor Scott Dobbins officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens with C. J. Dorris, Bryce Dorris, Bryan Ward, Daniel Stroud, Billy Stroud, III and Lonnie Meadows serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are: the staff at UMC, Leslie at the Wilson County Health Department and the staff of Odyssey Hospice.
