My wife and I were visiting Uncle Joe a last Mach. We really enjoyed our stay at his home. While there we took him around to get his tags for his truck. He was very proud of his cats, chickens and rabbits. Uncle Joe also prepared some of his fried catfish. My wife normally don't each catfish, but she loved his. We are really going to miss Uncle Joe. It was nice to sit down and listen to him tell stories while growing up in the holler.
