Obituary of Josh Hodge

HODGE, Josh, passed away Friday, April 22, 2011 at Vanderbilt Medical Center at age 28. Services will be held Wednesday, April 27th at 1pm at Sellars Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Doan and Bro. Todd Elliott officiating. Visitation will be Monday, April 25th and Tuesday, April 26th from 2-8pm and Wednesday, April 27th from 10 am until service. Interment will follow the service at Wilson County Memorial Park with David Cummings, Chris DeVore, Jason Harris, Edward Harris, Jessie Randolph, Timothy Hill, Cameron Hill, Trevor Hodge, and Jimmy Flatt serving as pallbearers. Survivors include wife, Amber DeVore Hodge; children, McKenzie Hodge and Joshua Luke Hodge, Jr.; mother, Pam Hodge; father, Jimmy (Sheila) Hodge; siblings, Jacob Hodge, Jimmy Wayne Hodge, Brittany Bucy, Dalton Hodge, Travis Tramel, and Wendy (Todd) Lackey; mother-in-law, Carolyn (Bobby) Butler; father-in-law, Mitchell DeVore; grandparents, Robert and Virginia Hodge; and grandmother, Alma Dean Whited. He was preceded in death by aunt, Meceia Hodge; grandfather, Willie Whited Jr.; and grandmothers-in-law, Elizabeth Harris and Rosemary DeVore. Memorial contributions may be made at any SunTrust Bank.
