Our Grandfather kept a garden. A graden of the heart; He planted all the good thing that gave our lives their start. He turned us to the sunshine, and encouraged us to dream; fostering and nurturing the seeds of self-esteem. And when the winds and rain came, he protected us enough; but not too much because he knew we would stand up strong and tough. His constant good example, always taught us right from wrong; markers for our pathway that will last a lifetime long. We love you Papa.

What can we say about Little Papa... he was a very good man and he made Scotty and I feel like we were family. In fact, it feels like we lost a grandpa too! We are going to miss that smile, but we know he is in God's arms now and will be forever. Always mischievous, always looked like he had just gotten into something he shouldn't have, but always there for his family and friends. This world is a better place because he was here and now Heaven is rejoicing because he is there! You will be greatly missed! Scotty and Deb

Aunt Sara, If my hug was strong enough to take away your pain, I would start now and never stop. Though I can't be with you now, just know that my arms are wrapped around you during this difficult time. We will all miss Uncle Joe very much.

What can I say about Little Papa? My grandparents are the cornerstone of our family. They are angels sent straight from Heaven. And now Papa is looking down on us with Robin. He was one of the sweetest, most dependable, most honorable people I have ever known. I am proud to be his granddaughter. And Nannie-- I love you.

I will never forget when I was little and I put my handprints in the concrete of our shop (you didn't know I had permission from my dad) and you wanted to help me fix it before my dad saw it so I wouldn't get in trouble. I love you and will miss you.

Lil PawPaw you were a wonderful man! Your time on Earth may be over but the joyous life in Heaven has begun! You spent 89 long years striving to meet Jesus! We all love you very much and will miss you like crazy. I find comfort in the fact you are with Jesus and I too will be one day. Until that day I will say see you later!

It was a blessing to have you as my Grandfather. All the memories I have of you will be treasured in my heart. You and Nannie are two of the greatest Christian examples anyone could ever ask for. I have always said, "if there is a modern day Noah and Mrs. Noah," it would be you and Nannie. I am so proud to be your granddaughter and will strive to be at least half the example you were to others. Your shoes are going to be very hard to fill! I love you and will always miss you. I will see you again in Heaven but until then, "Dirty Santa" will never be the same at Christmas. We will miss your twinkling eyes going around the room looking to see whose gift you are going to take away. I love you PaPa.
