Dear Lynda, I was privileged to know Glyn Ed as a fellow member of the Rotary Club of Farragut. I can well recall you and he being all decked out in your UT colors when Coach Majors came to speak to us. He certainly was "All Vol." He was also a dedicated Rotarian as demonstrated by his Major Donor recognition as well as his multiple Paul Harris Fellowships. He will be sorely missed. Please be assured that my wife (Diane) and I have Glyn Ed, you and your entire family in our thoughts and prayers. May God be with you all.

Lynda,
I am so sorry to hear of Glyn Ed's death. David and I were in Monteagle last weekend and I tried to reach you when Becky called to tell me. I can't imagine what you are going through. He was such a good man and how blessed you were to have so many years together. Please know that you are in our prayers. Grace and Peace to you, Martha Ann

Glyn Ed was a builder of people in the Dale Carnegie business. I met him when I was a sales rep in NYC sales office and from there I had the chance to see him at regional meetings, conferences and training sessions. He always had a kind word for everyone. After one meeting, our paths crossed and we went for a walk to "visit". We talked about everything and nothing. He focused in on what I had to say and always keep the conversation going. His slow pace in conversation was the right touch for this fast talking New Yorker. I am grateful for his friendship.
