Smith; children: Theresa (Sparky) Stephens and Rudolph "Rudy" (Tammy) Tanner; step-children: James "Stevie" (Susan) Smith, Mary Brown, Charles (Vickie) Smith, and Nancy (Reen) Cottrell; nephew: Johnathan Simmons; sister: Peggy (Jim) Chaney; brother: William (Francis) Waltman; thirty-four nieces and nephews; four grandchildren; fourteen step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and twenty-one step-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by parents Jacob Benjamin Waltman and Ora Cora Brooks Hicks.
