Billy was such an amazing and loving man. Him and my grandmother worked together at the Lebanon Democrat and I would always go up there to visit my nanny and Mr. Billy. When I was little and my grandpa couldn't come to grandparents day with my nanny and me, Billy was always first to step up and enjoyed every bit of it. Or when my nanny would come up and eat lunch with me Mr. Billy was always with her. When I was little I thught it was the coolest thing. When I would go up to The Democrat and visit he would always stop what he was doing and we would go " explore" the printing presses and spy on everyone and go look at the comics pages as the were being put together. He was always a happy man and always had the biggest smile on his face when I walked though the door no matter how busy he was with work he always stopped and we did our normal things. I wish I could have seen him more as I got older, it has been years since I saw him but he always crossed my mind everytime I passed the Democrat and I always smile when I think of him. He had such an impact on my life and will be greatly missed.

I remember Mr. Carr { Billy } back when I played Little Leauge Baseball me and my middle brothe played for Lebanon Blankets but my oldest brother played for Mr. Carr and that was about 45 years ago. But when my son moved up to play LLBB he played on Lebanon Bank and Billy was still there coaching with Larry Montgomery it was amazing to see him still coaching when my son got there and he coached him for four years. I will always remember Billy he was a good friend.
