Obituary of Charles Richard Scoggins

Charles Scoggins passed away on June 21, 2014 at age 60. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home on Saturday from 4-8 p.m. The Funeral Service, conducted by Reverend Danny Sellars, is 2 p.m. Sunday, June 29, 2014. Interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery following the service. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers. Mr. Scoggins, a long-time employee of Perma-Pipe and head of the Union at Perma-Pipe, is survived by daughter Heather (Scott) Stein; mother: Dorothy Scoggins; grandson: Kaleb Stein; siblings: Cheryl (Jimmy) Willoughby, Angela (Mark) Cunningham, and Marla (Denney) Cornel; niece: Serenia Benchic; nephews: Justin Willoughby and Michael Cunningham; and great-niece: Janice Benchic. He is preceded in death by father David Scoggins.
