Obituary of Ruth Davenport

Ruth Davenport passed away on July 25, 2008 at age 75. The family will be accepting friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon on Sunday, July 27, 2008 from 2-8 p.m. and on Monday from noon until service. The chapel service, conducted by Brother Danny Sellars and Brother Kenneth Bowen, is at 2 p.m. Monday, July 28, 2008. Interment in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Timmy Martin, Chase Hudson, Steve Malone, Michael Wooden, and Terry Simms. Survivors include children Joyce (Ray) Webber, Gerald Hudson, and David Hudson, all of Lebanon; sisters: Edith Wooden and Reba Simms, both of Lebanon; grandchildren: Candace Steverson, Danny (Katherine) Hudson, Joey Hudson, Crystal Hudson, Melanie Brewington, and Michael Brewington; and 9 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by parents Lonnie and Helen Walls Davenport, daughter Wilma Jean Hudson, and brothers Earl Davenport and Aubry Davenport.
