Brother Billy leaves behind blessings and inspiration for all who knew and loved him. He was a man of strong faith. He had the ability to make everyone feel important. He loved his family and his friends. He will be missed, although we know he is with our precious Lord and Savior for all eternity. Robbie, we love you and pray God's mighty arms of comfort surrounds you and holds you through this difficult time. Your love for each other was an amazing living testimony of how a marriage should be. God bless you honey!!

My family & I have many wonderful memories of Bro Billy & his family, My husband & I were married in their living room 9-1-1977.
My daughter was saved under his ministry & has been a faithful christian ever since. He was a wonderful person, he will be missed, Our prayers are with you both Robbie & Jan and your family. Sorry we can't be there with you, my husband just had knee replacement & I am back at work, Our love to all of you

You will never know how much we love and admire Uncle Billy. He has been an example and inspiration to everyone he ever met. You will never know how much he meant to Frank. There was never a time that Frank went to get rid of a hat that he didn't say "do u think Uncle Billy would want this". During Frank's cancer treatments just knowing Uncle Billy
was praying meant so much to both of us and was a comfort to us as we went through that horrible time.
We love you all and are so sorry for your loss. Uncle Billy will truly be missed. Our loss is Heavens gain!

I know I have not kept in touch like I should have but I so loved meeting both of you at the Hale Reunion several years back. I was so proud to meet a relative that Moma had been talking about. God bless you and comfort you, Robbie. Christ is our only hope and salvation.

I am so sorry to learn of the passing of Bro. Billy. He is part of the fond memories I have from my teenage years and my time at Calvary Baptist Church. He was a fine Christian man and will be missed.
