Obituary of Sylvia Frances Mitchell

On Mon., Nov. 11th, Frances Mitchell went home to be with Jesus. Sylvia Frances (Boyd) Mitchell was born March 30, 1934, to Marvin Boyd & Ora (Whitehead) Boyd in Hartsville, TN. She retired from Precision Rubber after 34 years of service. Frances was a beloved mother & grandmother who leaves behind a legacy of sacrificial love and devotion. Her bright smile and warm personality will be sorely missed by those she leaves behind. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother - Bill Boyd, her husband - James Willard Mitchell, sons - Gary Mitchell & Mike Mitchell. She is survived by her children: Brenda Tubb (John), Rick Mitchell (Cristy), Terry Mitchell, Jerry Mitchell & Suzanne Mniff (Les), as well as 15 grandchildren & 16 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, Nov.14 from 4 to 8 pm at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon. Visitation on Friday, Nov. 15 from 11 a.m. until Memorial Service at 1 p.m. Bro. Danny Sellars will be officiating. Frances will be laid to rest at Wilson Co. Memorial Gardens. Pall Bearers: Brian Mitchell, Chad Mitchell, Jeremy Mitchell, Zachary Dodd, Tyler Dawson & Rick White.
