Obituary of Linda Bain Parrish

Linda Parrish passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at age 63. The family will be accepting friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon on Thursday, May 29, 2008 from 2-8 p.m. and on Friday from 10 a.m. until service. The chapel service, conducted by Brother Tommy Willis, is 2 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2008. Interment in Bethlehem Cemetery in Tuckers Crossroads. Pallbearers: work family at RockTenn, Danny Williams, Charlie Sorrells, Danny Winningham, Ron Sircy, Nealy Stovall, James Hindsman, Donnie Young, Allen Thompson, and John Shehane. Survivors include three daughters: Melinda Carol (Robert) McDaniel of Lebanon, Janet (Mike) Presley of Carthage, and Melanie (Steven) Young of Lebanon; mother: Martha Bain "Murt" Jennings of Lebanon; brother: Larry (Cassie) Bain of Lebanon; sister: Wilma (Billy) Batey of Watertown; grandchildren: Tabitha (Tracy) Hawkins, Daniel Hansen, Corey Presley, Courtney Hansen, Lacey Presley, Charlye Young, and Chase Young; companion: Norv White; niece: Joyce "Sissy" (Jimmy) Cozart of Statesville; special friend: Penny (James) Trisdale of Castallian Springs; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by father Ova J. Bain and brother Roy Dale Bain.
