Wow, David was one of the best football players I've ever played with. He also was a good friend of mine during our school years. This is very sad news, and I hope his family is doing well.

There are no words that seem sufficient. David had so many friends from his years in Paducah and he will be missed by those of us from his high school class of '79. May his family know peace and know that our prayers are with them.

I'll always remember David as being fearless and so full of life. It's so very sad that he has been taken from us at such a young age. David left us with many fond memories, he will live within our hearts forever! Godspeed David......
