Obituary of Walter William Walker

WILSON COUNTY WALKER, Walter William "Buster", age 81 of Gladeville, TN passed away February 22, 2009. Mr. Walker was preceded in death by wife of 35 years, Essie Clara Kelley Walker; and brothers, Orris, Richard, and James Melvin. He is survived by children, Barbara Walker, Clifford Walker, Sue Goins, Donnie Walker, Bobby Walker, Linda Walker, Mike Walker, Ronnie "Porky" Walker, Gloria (Scott) Henley, Jackie (Debbie) Walker, Melissa Lynn, Melanie (Jeff) Yant, Gwen (Paul) Scaglione, David (Julie) Walker, Chris Walker, Tonya (Haskell) Evans, Sonya (Jack) Sawyers, Emily (Jim) Evans; sisters, Ellen Marie Powers, Chlorene Brown, Florene Armistead, Yvonne Brown, and Norene Speck; sister-in-law, Betty Sue Walker; 26 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and "adopted" children, Val, C.J., V.L. and Clara Jean. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 25th at 1pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Bro. Todd Elliott, Val Kelley and Jim Minor officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens with Nicholas Goins, Dustin Goins, Jerry Goins, Kelley Lynn, John Keathley, Josh Palinchak, Justin Palinchak, Chase Walker, Tyler Walker, Cody Walker, Trey Walker, Walker Sawyers and Wyatt Evans serving as pallbearers. Serving as honorary pallbearers: Wayne Coats, Wallace Lannom, Larry Walker, Jimmy Lackey, Joe Minor, V. L. Kelley, Carl Kelley, UMC 2 West Nursing Staff and Pediatric Nurses, and Chris and Luther Greer.
