Although I only Met Bev. once when John and her visited last summer, I felt right away like I knew her my whole life. I know she made John happy even for only the short time they had together. John was one of my closet friends growing up and even though he moved away, and moved a lot with work, we still stayed in touch. You will be truly missed. May god bless both you and Beverly.

I'm sure I met John shortly after I started working at Nissan in 1985. We got close in Jacksonville a few years later, and then of course in Mission Viejo where so many of us lived. Our families were similar, our wives had the same first name and their birthdays were a day apart. John and I could make each other laugh in a minute, and is knew I could always count on him, both at work and away from the office. His Super Bowl parties were legendary. I missed talking to him when I left Nissan in 99. When I was laid off in 2003, John was one of a few people who encouraged and supported me, eventually becoming my client. It was great working with him again for that short time until 2005 when we moved to Texas and then the Stypulas moved to Tennessee. I was shocked at his passing and saddened we had not talked in awhile. He truly was a work associate who became a good friend. I will miss him. God bless Amanda, Jonathan and your children, and Bev. You had one very good man. I won't forget him.

John and I shared the best of times and worst of times at NNA LA. John and Cindy were always the consummate party hosts and had the best Super Bowl parties on the planet.

My condolences to John's family. Sixty-five is way to young to leave this planet and our loved ones. John was a great guy, always positive and always had a joke. He helped to make the workplace a little more cheerful. He will be missed.

John was a great friend. I always made it a point to visit with John whn I came to Nashvilee on business, and before that when we worked together it was nothing short of pure joy. While John will be missed and rightly so his good and giving nature will not be forgot. May God keep him and bless him as he is reborn to eternal life.
Your Friend Rick.

I started working with John back in the late 80's/early 90's in Jacksonville. I had just come into the office from a field job, and John took me under his wing. He was a great guy, always laughing and making others laugh. He took his work seriously, but always took time to have fun, too. One of the funniest memories I have of John, at my wife's expense -- John and Cindy invited us to their home in Sawgrass for dinner. When we went into the house, we saw their kids peaking at us from down the bedroom hallway. When we asked, John said not to worry, they have the chicken pox, but are past the contagious state. My wife whispered to me that she had never had the chicken pox. A few days later... she did. John and I laughed about that many times over the years. He was an absolute gem and I am so saddened to hear of his untimely passing. He deserved many more years. We will miss you, John...

John and I worked closely together in Nissan's San Francisco Region years ago. I'll never forget his quips and grins and his overall playful nature that always seemed to cut the tension at a key moment. John...what a wonderful soul; my life was better for having known him.

I would like to send prayers for strength during this sad time. John was a very kind and wonderful person. I have many fond memories of him when we worked together in the Infiniti West Region. He always had a smile on his face and joke was not far away from that. I know that he loved his children dearly because he used to speak of them often. I know that they say time heals all wounds but I think it is more like time makes it more easy to deal with. I hope that one day we will all be able to meet again and enjoy each other's company. Rev 21:3,4 Sincerely, Joan McClanahan Lairson
