Obituary of Anthony Michael Illobre

TONY ILLOBRE, Age 63, of Lebanon, was received into Heaven on Thursday October 10, 2013, after an brief illness. Tony was a popular resident of the Quality Care/ Cedars Health Care for over 40 years. Although he was faced with several physical limitations, his spirit remained strong. He loved going to the Wilson County Fair every year he was able, his families' Italian cuisine, and drinking his Mt. Dew. The Life Celebration service conducted by Life Celebrant, Paula Gordon and Pastor Daniel Stirnemann will be on Saturday, October 12, 2013, at 7pm. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2pm until the service time at 7pm. Private family interment will be at Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Tony is preceded in death by his father, Mike Illobre; brothers, Steve Illobre and Marc Illobre. He is survived by his mother, Mary Elizabeth Illobre; siblings, Carol J. Boykin, of Newnan, Georgia; Michael F. (Donna) Illobre, of Franklin, Georgia; Mary (Steve Andrew) Nicotra, of Boca Raton, FL; Andy (Margo) Illobre, of Wilmington, NC; and Tommy (Lisa) Illobre, of Lebanon; nieces, Wendi (Dr. Glenn) Evans, of Valdosta, Georgia; Chrissy (Rob) Minasian, of Boca Raton, FL; Kevin Respass, of Washington, NC; Matt (Jesia) Boykin, of El Paso, TX., Michael P. Illobre, of Nashville; Mikey Illobre, of Franklin, GA; Karen (Gabe) Michaelson, of Boca Raton, FL., Stephen (Brandy) Illobre, of Lebanon, Brian (Samirah) Illobre, of Lebanon; Teresa Illobre, of Hermitage; Thomas and Nickolas Illobre, both of Lebanon; 8great nieces and 5 great nephews. The family would like to thank the staff of Quality Care and Cedars Health Care for the many years of care they provided Tony during his journey here on earth.
