Obituary of Suzanne Miller

Suzanne "Mum" Miller passed away on January 28, 2013 at age 68. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon (at Stone Mansion, 416 Rome Pike) from 11 a.m. until the service on Saturday. The Funeral Service is 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2013. The family extends a special thank you to Dr. Sibley and Alive Hospice, and the 11th floor at Vanderbilt, Oncology Department. Suzanne Miller was born of Ethel and George Windle on August 21, 1944 in Northampton, England. She married Gene Miller on February 28, 1968 in Bedford, England. The Millers came to the U.S. in 1977 and lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado for 20 years where she worked at TRW/NASA before moving to Lebanon, Tennessee in 1998. Mrs. Miller worked at Toshiba until it closed, and then she retired. Survivors include husband of 45 years, Gene Miller; 3 children: Michelle (Mark) Stokes, Yvette (Johnny) Lane, and Jason (Sara) Miller; 2 sisters: Yvonne Johnston and Jane (Michael) Barney; 2 brothers: David (Cherelyne) Windle and John Windle; 5 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by parents.
