Obituary of Paul Dedick
Dr. Paul Dedick, a well-respected radiologist in the Lebanon area for the past 25 years, left us for a better place on October 2, 2014. He will be sorely missed. I love you Paul�?�Alex. Originally from Red Bank, N.J., Dr. Dedick quickly found a home in Lebanon. His medical opinions were sought by his peers, and his impact on the community went far beyond his medical profession. Dr. Dedick was widely known throughout the medical community in Middle Tennessee and served as chairman of radiology at University Medical Center from 1988-2005. There, he served on a number of hospital committees and also served as a member of the Board of Governors at Cumberland University. In addition, he was a diplomat for the National Board of Medical Examiners and published many articles in various medical journals. Dr. Dedick is survived by his wife of 31 years, Alexandra, his mother Katherine, his siblings Liz, Mary, Peggy, Drew, Anne, Mark, Gene, and his son Dr. Bob Dedick. He is preceded in death by his father Dr. Andrew Dedick. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Sellars Funeral Home.
