Obituary of Stephen Vincent Radosta

Stephen Vincent Radosta, Jr., of Elmwood TN, passed away at home on Monday, September 24, 2012 surrounded by his wife and children. He was 68. A private service will be held later by the family. He was born in New Orleans and was a long time resident of Louisiana where he worked as a transmission repair specialist, a master plumber, and enjoyed many years as a commercial fisherman. He attended Delgado Community College and had yet to decide what he wanted to be when he grew up. He retired in Tennessee where he loved spending time cooking and enjoying the outdoors with his most loyal companion, Rocket. Survivors include wife: Krista Lou Willis Radosta whom he married on February 29, 1980; children: Shelley Noelle (Gerard Jarvis) Radosta, Stephen Vincent (Rebecca) Radosta III, Crissy Radosta Gregory, and Stephanie Karren Radosta; grandchildren: Alexandrea Swafford, Ariana Gin, Ryan Jarvis, Sophia Radosta, and Olivia Radosta; brother: Walter Radosta, Sr.; uncle: Marcel Radosta, Sr.; cousin: Marcel Radosta, Jr.; special niece: Billie Lynn Anderson; other nieces and nephews, brother- and sister-in laws. He is preceded in death by his mother Lois Albertine Julian Radosta, father Stephen Vincent Radosta, Sr., and sister Lois Beryl Jean Radosta Fisher.
