Robin and family so sorry to hear this. Janice called to let me know. I have lots of wonderful memories of Cotton and your mother. We are out of town babysitting and will not be able to come. Know that you are in our prayers and thoughts. Tell rest of family for us. Love to all.

Uncle Cotton has touched so many lives here on earth and will be greatly missed. I spent a lot time with him growing up and he had such a positive impact on who I am today. He taught me so much about hunting, fishing and even more about everyday life. Love you Uncle Cotton

We will miss you Louis"Cotton". My favorite memories of him are going out for boat rides and sitting in their backyard talking and sharing memories. Wish I could be home for the service ,but we are there in spirit! May God grant you peace and rest with him, until we meet again on the other side. We love you.

Louis Dean Linville (COTTON) was in the army and I think he deserved his military funeral just like his brother R.W. Linville got I guess its true people today DO NOT think of our men and women who served in the armed forces and thats why they dont get the honors they just deserve......Roo Roo lived with us right after my mom and dad got married his bubba Robert Linville so if anyone knows Cotton better than his own mother does we do its best not step on toes of a family unless you know all the details. I remember when louis D. Linville was gone to fort Dix for basic training he got a medal for Expert M1 Rifleman and a few other medals also. Yes I think I am more than a numberous nephew yes i am his nephew but me and my sister have a name
