Obituary of Edith D. Stamps

Edith Stamps passed away on October 25, 2012 at age 73. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon (at Stone Mansion, 416 Rome Pike) on Monday from 2-8 p.m. and on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the service. The Funeral Service, conducted by Reverend Danny Sellars, is 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2012. Interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers: Robert Hall Jr, Jamie Walker, Chris Walker, D.J. Cheffin, Matthew Lynn, Ronnie Walker, Terry Lynn, and Josh Bennett. Honorary Pallbearers: Jessie Benett and Robert Entrekin. Survivors include husband of 54 years, James Stamps; children: Patricia (Jessie) Bennett, Martha (Robert) Hall, Elizabeth (Ronnie) Walker, Juanita (Terry) Lynn, Paula Hodge, Henry (Stacy) Stamps, and Clai (Michelle) Stamps; siblings: Christine Crabtree, Frances (Billy Joe) Carver, Brenda Lee, Peggy (Bobby) Stafford, Carol Alred, Darell Staggs, David (Geneva) Staggs, and Don Staggs; thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by parents Otis and Pauline Lynn Staggs and brother Ronald Staggs.
