Connor Hoffman, infant, passed away October 20, 2014. Graveside services, conducted by Pastor Mike Shelby, 12:30 p.m. Monday, October 27, 2014 at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Lebanon TN. He is survived by parents, Brandon and Michelle Hoffman, maternal grandparents David and Peggy Carver, paternal grandparents Scott Stickler and Lisa Hoffman, aunts Ashley Boyd, Tracy Fish, Melissa Howell, and uncles Austin Hoffman and Chris Sticker.
