Obituary of Robert Kenneth Ashley

Kenny Ashley passed away on October 21, 2014 after an extended illness. He is preceded in death by father Charles Wallace Ashley, mother Mable Durham Ashley, and sibling Charles R. Ashley. He is survived by wife of 33 years Juanita Stafford Ashley, 2 sons, Jamie (Julie) Forsyth and Rob (Deidre) Ashley, daughter Lori (Quenton) Alexander, 2 sisters Peggy (Randall) Clemons and Brenda (Dwight) Phillips, brother James Henry Ashley, 5 grandchildren Christopher Alexander, Easton Forsyth, Maddux Forsyth, Emma Lee Alexander, and Raelynn Ashley, several nieces and nephews. He was a loyal employee of Bridgestone of America in Lavergne TN. He was a member of the Local Steel Workers of America. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home on Friday from 4-8 p.m. and on Saturday from noon until the service. The Memorial Service, conducted by Brother Donald Owens, is 2 pm. Saturday, October 25, 2014 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please make Memorial Donations in his name to a charity of your choice.
