Obituary of Kelvin Martin

MARTIN, Kelvin, age 56 of Mt. Juliet passed away on August 22, 2010. Mr. Martin was a talented musician and traveled with the Gospel Three. He was preceded in death by brother, Charles Ray Martin and sister, Carol Lynn Webb. Mr. Martin is survived by wife, Paulette Martin; parents, Charles & Pearl Martin; daughters, Angela (James) Thomas and Tracey Reynolds; brother, Jerry (Susan) Martin; sister, Charlene (Doug) Elliott; granddaughters, Kassie Strain, Cierra White, Jessica Reynolds, Taylor Reynolds and Madison Thomas; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 25th at 11am at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon with Rev. Bernie Deffinger officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Caraway Cemetery in Gladeville with Ken Underwood, Fred Underwood, Sid Lannom, James Thomas, Jason Reynolds, Jeff George, Jason Elliott, and Loman Martin serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Charlene & Joe Allmon, Twyla, Butch, and Matthew Martin, Wesley Strain, and Josh Elliott. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, August 24th from 4-8 pm and Wednesday, August 25th from 9am until time of service at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon.
