Kathy and Family, Richard and Family, and Robert and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I was shocked when I read this online today, I wish I had known, we would have been there for all of you. You all took Bennie under your wings when he was younger, he is so sad to hear of this news. And when I came out here to Tennessee from California late 1994, you all welcomed me with open arms, and at that time I need all the support I could get.
It has been a few years since I have seen any of you, but know you all are thought of often. I will keep you all in my prayers and thoughts. And if any of you need anything TJ has my phone numbers, please call. Love to you all,
The Spurlocks

Paul always had a smile and was a genuine person. He was always concerned about doing something to make somebody else's life
easier. My sympathy to his family and loved ones who have suffered a tremendous loss. May God richly bless and keep you.

This has been a horrible past 6 months for our family. Aunt Kat, Nina. MIchael & family, I hope yall find comfort some way some how. We were so shocked to hear the news of Paul passing and we were deeply saddened. People told me when nanny died that time does ease the pain, I didnt want to believe them, but with family and friends, time will ease your pain, but you have to allow it to take its course. Just know that grieving and mourning is normal, and if yall need ANYTHING please give us a shout. Just take comfort in knowing that he is with the lord. I hope he gives my nanny a HUGE hug and kiss from us! I love you guys. Love Always,
Ashley & William & Gage Kuprion, Amber Blythe and Jason Blythe. We thought of you with love, today
But that is nothing new
We thought of you yesterday
And days before that too.
We think of you in silence,
And often speak your name
Now all we have are memories
And your picture in a frame.
Your memory is our keepsake,
Which we will never part.
God has you in his keeping
And we have you in our hearts. This is my personal favorite "Some say holding on takes alot of strength, but sometimes its letting go"

Uncle Paul was, to me, the most amazing, gentle, caring, and kind, man I have ever known. He always had a smile on his face whenever I saw him. He treated people the way he would want to be treated. I never once seen him angry or hostile. I loved him dearly, with all my heart and will miss him beyond words. My heart breaks for Aunt Kathy, Michael, Nina, Beverly, and his Grandchildren whom I know he adored. I love each and every one of you. Rest in Peace my Dear Uncle and when the time comes, I will see you on the other side. God Bless You! Love your niece,
Eileen

I have so many wonderful memories of this precious man I call Uncle. My Uncle Paul was the most caring, loving and "GENTLE" man I've ever been blessed to know & love. I remember meeting him for the first time, when I was just a little girl watching my sweet Aunt Kathy get ready for her date with Uncle Paul and was so happy when she married him. I spent alot of time with them when I was younger, as most of us nieces & nephews did. Uncle Paul was an amazing man and a gift from God to all of us, his family. I'll always remeber every time I saw him I would get a big ole bear hug, he would tell me he loved me & he always mentioned to me that he was proud of the wonderful children I raised to become wonderful adults. This meant the world to me. Uncle Paul will always be treasured in my heart. He will always be remembered as a man who loved his wife & children & grandbabies. This was always evident. My heart is broken and I will miss my Uncle Paul so very much. I so look forward to seeing him again one day. I love you Uncle Paul, forever and always. I will be praying for Aunt Kat, Michael & Bev & the children, and Nina. R.I.P. Uncle. I'm so sorry Aunt Kat, Mike & NIna & family, for your heartache. I love you all.

The first time I met Paul he welcomed me into his home with that big wonderful smile he had. My mom's Maiden name was Adkins. She loved Paul and always says he was her cousin, which he would agree. He always ask about mom every time he saw me and told me to be sure and bring her back to visit anytime. Paul was a good hearted man that loved his family, all of them in laws as well as his own. I have high respect for a man that allowed his precious mother in law to live in his house and treat her as well as he would his own, this he did. I will miss you my dear friend!
