Obituary of Jerry Kirby

SUMNER COUNTY KIRBY, Jerry Michael, age 59, of Gallatin, passed away July 7, 2008. Mr. Kirby was preceded in death by his parents, Ray "Doc" Kirby and Inez Kirby; and brothers, Richard Kirby and Jack Kirby. He is survived by wife, Jonna Kirby; children, Ken Kirby and Jennifer (Chris) Perkins; step-daughter, Monica Kelly; mother of children, Nancy Kirby; sister, Linda Kirby; brothers, Tony (Kim) Kirby and Bill (Mary Ann) Kirby; grandchildren, Nichole Ledford, Kayla Ledford, and Regan Perkins; and step-grandchild, Maya Kelly. Funeral services will be Thursday, July 10th at 11 am at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Rev. Michael Kirby officiating. Interment will follow the services at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Vince Saia, Joe Saia, Bax Walker, Stuart Peterson, Glenn Gardner, and Oval Moore.
