Obituary of Jack Harrison Goodall
Jack Goodall, born October 26, 1930 to Earl Carson and Ada Purnell Goodall in Wilson County, TN, passed away on May 11, 2012 at University Medical Center in Lebanon. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon on Sunday from noon until 8 p.m. and on Monday from 2 p.m. until the service. The chapel service, conducted by Brother Greg Armstrong and Brother Kenneth W. Head, is 4 p.m. Monday, May 14, 2012. Interment in Bethlehem Cemetery, Lebanon TN. Pallbearers: Aaron Maynard, Stephen Goodall, Cole Goodall, Dustin Dockins, Michael Teeter, Parker Teeter, and Matthew Maynard. Honorary Pallbearers: Carl Brown, Jim Andrews, Billy Swindell, Jimmy Crawford, and Wayne Crook. Mr. Goodall was a hardworking man who loved his family, friends, and having fun. He was a faithful member of the Antioch Church of Christ in Trousdale County. Special thanks to Amedisys Home Health, the staff in the UMC PCU unit, and Odyssey Hospice. Survivors include wife Dorothy "Peggy" Goodall; children: Dianne (Cliff) Cozart, Jim (Marcia) Goodall, Jan (Richard) Theoret, Joe (Cathy) Goodall, Deborah (Steve) Pollock, Jimmy (Ann) Maynard, Sharon (Mike) Burns, and Ricky (Diane) Maynard; siblings: Walter (Zuelma) Goodall and Ann Goodall Paty; 17 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by son Tony Goodall, grandson Bradley Burns, parents Earl and Ada Goodall, sisters Era Earl Denton, Dorothy Martin, Martha Belle Bobo, and brother Will Edward Goodall.
