i remember working with john 2010-2011 i always remember him his big smile and his laugh everyday when working and him riding his chair down the hall my prayers are with his family and friends he will be missed i will always remember him by hie laugh his big smile everyday

I always loved to talk to John. Despite his problems, he wore a smile. I remember how enthusiastic he was each year as the Wilson County Fair drew near. May he rest in the well deserved peace of Christ. My sympathy is extended to his loving family. Anne Tomlinson

I remember the many times as kids we played cards and checkers. John always won. We spent many Odum family Christmas' together at the Vanhook's home (Betty Odum Vanhook). John loved Christmas dinners and boiled custer. He would smack his lips and say, good stuff. He will be missed by his family.

When my late husband was at Cedars Nursing Home, John was there and I talked to him most every day. He was a caring person, and always enjoyed a good laugh. Rode that wheel chair up and down the halls. He will be missed.
