Obituary of Verna Mae Granny Nollner

Verna "Granny" Nollner passed away on November 3, 2010 at age 86. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home from 2-8 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2010. The church service, conducted by Father Ann Fraley, is 10 a.m. Saturday, November 6, 2010, at the Epiphany Episcopal Church in Lebanon. Visitation is from 9 a.m. until service at the church on Saturday. Interment in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Stan Eckert, Jim Young, Ken Fraley, Lyle Robertson, Jim Rue, and Lee Painter. A special thank you to the Staff at The Pavilion. Survivors include one daughter: Judy (Richard) Brodhead; sister: Iva Dee Workman; grandchildren: Jeremy (Misti) Creswell and Tara (Mark) Morton; and six great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband James B. Nollner, parents Charles and Fannie Lee Ishmael Smitson, and six brothers: Marion, Henry, Elmer, Roy, Omer, and Raleigh Smitson.
