Obituary of Penny Darlene Cox Atnip

Penny Atnip, age 52, passed away on January 27, 2014. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home on Thursday from 2-8 p.m. and on Friday from 11 a.m. until the service. The Funeral Service, conducted by Reverend Danny Sellars and Carl Russell, is 1 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2014 at Sellars Funeral Home. Interment in Dixon Springs Cemetery, will follow the service. Pallbearers: Chad and Scott Mitchell, Nathan Vinson, Steve Coble, Eddie Blair, Anthony Gulley, Timmy Gulley, and Terry Brewington. Mrs. Atnip is survived by husband: Greg Atnip; father: Thomas "Tommy" M. Cox; children: Wendy Sorrell and Cameron Sorrell; step-daughters: Trina (Nathan) Waldorf, Tosha (Brandon) Caruthers, Ashley (Danny) Dickens, and Audrey (Jason) Pitts; siblings: Jimmy (Patty) Mitchell, Chris Cox, James (Paula) Cox, Pat (Danny) Wells, and twin Jenny (Delmaine) Vinson,; grandchildren: Kaylin Boyd and Emma Boyd; 10 step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by mother Pauline Gulley Cox.
