I think of you often & wonder if you & Daddy are fishing, you said you would tell him hello for me. I miss seeing you & I hope others realize how much you meant to them also. That was not the 4th I want to remember but I do. I remember all you told me those last hours I saw you. And if wishes come true, I hope you get your wish. I just know you as a loving person , my best memory of you.

Words cannot express what is felt. Lanny was, as his wife Becky said once, "a playpen friend". I have know Lanny most all our lives. Carolyn, Junior, Micheal Warren, and Lanny, are some of my oldest and dearest friends. It is hard when you lose a part of your past. Lanny was a happy go lucky guy. Spoke what was on his mind. Nothing to hide. If he loved you, you were his friend for life, if he didn't, well you were still his friend. He fought this battle to the end, and like he said, "I ain't going until God is ready for me". Well God was ready Lanny, Rest In Peace my dear friend. Save me a spot. Love you.
