Billy was a great man. He always treated me like a daughter and everytime I seen him he always welcomed me with open arms. The love him and Joann shared is very rare and truely amazing. I have seen first hand how much he loves his boys and how much they loved him. He was truely a blessing to us all and now heaven has another angel. He was a wonderful grandfather and loved each of them with all his heart, even the ones not related by blood, they still ran to him calling him pa. We miss u so much and I know heaven is a lil happier today with u there, watching over us. Love Always,

I will miss you so much uncle billy. I have those younger memories of when yall would come and see gma in illinois and would always come see us at moms. I will never forget you and god bless you! I hope you have a wondeful reunion with gma in heaven. Im sure she is waiting for you there! R.I.P

i rember when i was lil he gave me a lil beattle hound puppy he was all the time making our vist worth while .and he was so careing and helped ever one in need he was loved by many and he will be miss dearly by many r.i.p we all love u billy
