Obituary of Cindy Louise Ballington

Cindy Ballington, age 59, passed away on November 14, 2013. The Memorial Service is 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at the First Church of the Nazarene (812 N. Cumberland Street) in Lebanon. Survivors include children Travis Shaw (Son) and his children Emily Shaw, Taylor Shaw and Jonathon Plastow. Also Rachell Ballington, (Daughter) and her child Natalya Houston.
