My heart is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of my great friend Dorothy. We shared lots of special moments. We were both Foster Parent Support Specialists--she in Wayne county and I in Richland county. She was my mentor, my friend, and my Hero. Every year I called her on Veterans Day to say "Thanks." This year when I called there was no answer and in my heart I had a sad feeling. I Know I will never find or have such a great friend. No one can or ever will fill her her shoes. We were both long term foster parents and we knew our job as no other did. You will live on in my heart forever Dot. Ruth Zwilling
