Obituary of Ray Cathy Lynn

RAY, Cathy Lynn - Age 48 years, of Lebanon, went to be with her Savior on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, after a 4 year battle with cancer. Cathy was a courageous and spiritual woman of the Pentecostal faith. She is preceded in death by her mother, Ina Mae Ray. Survived by her two sons, Michael P. Illobre, of Nashville; and Stephen (Brandy) Illobre, of Lebanon; father, Paul Ray; of Lebanon; brothers, Danny (Lynn) Ray, and Paul H. Ray, both of Mt. Juliet; Tim and Richard Ray, both of Lebanon, sister, Rita F. Ray, of Lebanon; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Special thanks to her caregivers, Wayne & Betty Smith, and Odyssey Hospice nurses, Tony and Marilyn. Visitation with the family will on Thursday from 4-8PM,in the Acklen Stateroom of the Mount Olivet Funeral Home, 1101 Lebanon Road in Nashville. Celebration of Life Services are scheduled for Friday, February 6, 2009, at 1PM, from the Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon with Bro. Daniel Stirnemann, Bro. George Wallace, and Bro. Brad Brandon officiating. Private family interment to follow in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation on Friday will be from 11am-1pm at Sellars Funeral Home.
