Obituary of James H. Cox

WILSON COUNTY COX, James H., age 87 of Mt. Juliet passed away on January 27, 2009. Mr. Cox was preceded in death by parents, Ezra and Maude Cox. He is survived by wife of 65 years, Lucille Cox; son, James H. Cox, Jr., wife; 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; son, Nathan Cox; and sister, Lucy Mae McGlothlin. Mr. Cox has been a resident of Mt. Juliet since 1961 and was a member and deacon at Silver Springs Baptist Church. Funeral service for Mr. Cox will be Saturday, January 31st at 1pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Bro. Russ Stephens officiating. Interment will follow the service at Woodlawn Memorial Park with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
