They went to a girls club while their parents worked; often swimming and doing other activities with their friends. Reina loved to going camping and hanging out with her friends. Music was a big part of her life; she liked listening to Heavy Metal and Rock. She was married as a young lady and had two daughters, Lori and Amy and one son, Steven that she leaves behind. Reina worked for an electric parts manufacturer, Thomas and Betts, in Portland, Tennessee for the last twelve years. She enjoyed supporting her children in their sports and school activities. Reina cherished her family and friends, and they loved her very much, too. Her daughter Amy said "she always found a way to make us happy even when we were sick, sad, or angry. Mom was a spirited young lady with a beautiful smile, a big heart, and a great personality. She's the absolute best mom that we could ever imagine having in a million years; I was so close to her we were like best friends. This is the last thing on Earth that we could imagine happening. She always told me, I want you to graduate and go to college and have a better career and life than I have. She always taught me right from wrong, but I never seemed to listen. But now we are here in this position; from this day forward I'll always be the good girl she wanted me to be. I never knew how much she tried for us until that day we found out. Mom we miss you oh so much and would love to see your beautiful face again." Her mother said, "I will miss you all the days of my life, and I have always loved you. Reina, you were the sweetest baby, and I watched you grow up into the beautiful woman that you became. May God be with you, now that you are in heaven, you will be with your grandmother, grandfather, uncle, and great-grandmother.
