I was so sorry to hear about Mr. Clifton. I loved him so much. We used to talk about the good old days. We always enjoyed Cliftons Quick Dip.

Please accept my sympathies....Mr. Clifton was very special. The dairy dip made lots of memories on a hot summer night.

Dear Dana and Lynn and all your family.
May the God of all comfort sustain you in the loss. I know that sorrow comes on top of sorrow sometime, and that your hurt is deep. Know that we at New Hope Church will be praying for you.

I wanted to take this time to express my condolences and share a story that I will never forget. Last year, my mom, my children, and I went to Stonecrest for a tour. Mr. Clifton happened to be in his room. First, he wanted to show us his bathroom. I taught with Mark, but I didn't realize this was his dad until my mom told me. As I was walking out the door, I noticed the pictures hanging on the wall. Mr. Clifton proceeded to tell me a great deal about his military career and General Patton. I will never forget the light in his eyes and the pride in his voice. My daughter, eight at the time, stood amazed as she listened to him. She was still talking about meeting "Mr. Clifton the hero" weeks later. Unknown to him, he had a great impact on the life of a child he met for just a few minutes. She had the opportunity to meet a real American hero.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
