Ron helped me many years ago when I had no one else. He set me on the path of being a tattoo artist when he had the shop in Colo Spgs Colorado. If not for Ron my life would’ve ended up much different I’m sure. I’ve now been tattooing for over 40 years.

Welp dad I just wanted to say I MISS you so much, its been 4 months and I still can't find myself. You were my rock dad and they say it gets easier as time goes on,but NOT for me, I miss you more and more each day. I miss our 4am talks and all the plans we made and never got a chance, I know you were holding back about how much you hurt, and I'm Sooooo very glad I was there when you needed me, you were an amazing father and friend and I love you with aLl my heart...sorry about how things went down in TN when you left us, but none of it was me and I know you know it. But anyways I have done evberyuthing you asked me to do and some,so I hope your at peace now and PLEASE keep whispering in my ear,it truely is what keeps me going. i just cant believe that ron is gone...i worked for him for a few years we spent so much time together.i will never forget us being at the rebel cafe when we both first learned about the tradgedy in new york (9/11) and all the things we talked about-women,bikes,tats,life...RIP ron,im sorry we lost touch these last few years.

Ron''s passing was a great loss to all of us. He was a wonderful friend, person and humanitarian.
I love Ron & Debbie so much. They are very dear friends. I have spent many hours with them at the shop joking around and talking about everything. Ron and Debbie''s was a favorite hangout for many of us. You couldn''t help but love them. They were definitely soulmates.
They always would talk about their family and how proud they are of them.
Ron it is not going the same without seeing your smiling face around. You have a heart of gold. You are one of the sweetest men I have ever known. I love you my dear friend. I miss you terribly.
Debbie I love you so very much. Our friendship means so much to me. I am always here for you. Call, text or email me any time, day or night. We will get together as soon as you feel up to it. Girlfriend, I love you always.

To the family, I want to express my deepest and sincere sympathies.... I knew Ron for a long time and was part of his family also. Ron was my step dad and I too have very good memories of him. He will be missed and I know that he is up with the Lord praying for his family. To Julie, Rhonda and Ronnie... your Dad was awesome... I will continue to think of you guys with a smile and I pray that someday we may be able to get together and share a story about growing up together. Love you, Tracie....

I didnt personaly know him ,but ,I knew of his GREAT WORKS and I dont just mean his tats !!! he was know to be a FREE SPIRIT !! now he truly is, my prayer go out to all his family and true friends !!!!

My heart goes out to all of his family and friends.He was such a special person and anyone that knew him knows that. The outer shell covered the inner teddy bear that he was. He helped anyone that needed it! I will miss him so very, very much! Love you guys!

I just wanted to say I am so sorry for the families loss.. He was a great man and will be missed. I will always remember his smile......It just hurts to know he is gone when it just seems like yesterday I was in his tattoo shop....:(

Debbie and the rest of the family, I am so so sorry for your loss. Ron was a one of a kind gentle giant and so unselfish and giving. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. I'll never forget him asking me to trim his hair, mustache and beard. "Here's this big tough looking man asking me if I use scissors to trim his mustache and I said yes." Just about the time I held up the scissors to trim it he grabbed my arm, looked me straight in the eyes and said, "Don't hurt me!" It was all I could do to keep from laughing. This big Teddy Bear with tattoos on him is telling me not to hurt him. Every time the National Guard needed donations he contributed with an open heart and even allowed me to hang T-shirts for sale in his shop to make money for our soldier's care packages and anything they needed. He was loved by many, I adored him and he will definitely leave a hole on this planet but I and many more will carry him in our hearts forever. Deb.
