Carol and family, So very sorry for your loss. Although we didn't get to be around your Mom very often, when we did it was always very obvious what a very special person she was.
John and I are very sorry we won't be able to come to the funeral today, but you will all be in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Jim and Kay,
While we rejoice in the hope your sweet mother has in Christ, still sorrow is a part of my note to you in her passing. I am so sorry, good friends. I recall your kind word and condolences on the passing of my dad. In turn, as we bear one another’s burdens, it is my prayer and plea that ease is granted to you both.
Death, even though as sad as it is, serves as a great blessing in that it reminds us that this earth is not our home. In giving up our loved ones we are brought face to face with an ache of the heart that is fully understood by our Heavenly Father, the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3). Of course, there is not a thing I could say or write that would take away your hurt completely, my friends. Be strong, and be comforted by the spirit of Him who said, “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills from whence cometh my help.”
I recall our brief conversations about sister Dale and how it was a small world, indeed. Your mother was always so gracious and kind to me.
I regret I could not be with you in presence due to matters at East Side, but wanted to express these few thoughts to you and know you are in my prayers that comfort be granted and that strength will sustain you.

Jim nd family , I share sympathy with you and your family at this time with the passing of your mom. I remember when my mother passed and what it meant to friends with encouragement around.
