Obituary of Kerry Van Roark

Kerry Van Roark, age 41, of Lafayette, TN passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Macon County General Hospital. Funeral services for Kerry Van Roark will be conducted Friday at 1 pm from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Brother Jackie Rich officiating. Interment will follow in the Eulia Cemetery. Visitation will begin Thursday 10 am - 9 pm, and Friday 8 am until service time. Family request memorials in the form of donations be made toward the funeral expense, these can be made at the funeral home office. Kerry is survived by; Wife, Theresa Roark Father, Freddie Roark Brother, Danny Lamb and wife Tammy Sisters, Teresa Hooten and husband Mike all of Lafayette Sharon Rice and husband Terry of Red Boiling Springs Step-daughter, Danielle Draaaughon Step-grandson, Scott Montgomery Godparents, Lynn Lamb and wife Janice of Lafayette And a host of nieces and nephews
