Lisa Carol Cook, age 49 of Lafayette, TN passed away Sunday morning, May 5, 2013 at Sumner Regional Medical Center. A Memorial Service for Lisa Carol Cook will be conducted Sunday from 12 noon until 4 pm from the Community Building out at Anderson & Son Funeral Home . Alexander Funeral Home (Directors) are in charge of Arrangements Lisa is survived by; Husband, Tim Cook of Lafayette Sons, Nathan Troy Dotts of Westmoreland Nicholas Ray Dotts Eric Brandon Dotts John Andrew Dotts Father, Randall Williams Mother, Inez Williams Sisters, Darlene and husband Danny Dyer Shelia and husband Rodney Thompson Grandchildren, Denesha Summers Maleki Summers Great Grandchild, Riley Hinson all of Lafayette Several nieces and nephews also survive
