Obituary of Willie Dean Adams

Willie Dean Adams was born on July 25, 1927 to the late Robert Allen Adams and Alice Carter Adams. He was one of three siblings born to this union. Besides his parents, a sister, Virginia Carr also preceded him in death. He married the former Delma Jean Eden on December 21, 1946, sharing 66 years, 11 months and 2 days and raising one son, Jackie Wayne Adams. Willie grew up a farmer and continued laboring on his own farm after he and Delma married. He enjoyed being out in the fields and gardening. Willie was saved as a young boy and united with Cedar Bluff Missionary Baptist Church. He remained a faithful member as long as he was able to go. On April 29, 1956, Willie Dean was ordained as a deacon. He loved his church very much and wanted all of his friends and neighbors to be saved. On November 23, 2013, at the age of eighty-six, the Lord called Willie home, where he longed to go. Today, he is happy in his Heavenly home.
