Patsy was a fine lady, always with a smile. I met Patsy back in the 70''s and she was very amiable and sweet. I left the area in ''74 and didn''t see her again until my mother was in the Lafayette Hospital in 2004; 30 years had passed and Patsy still looked the same. She will be missed by so many people, because she was loved by so many.
