Obituary of William Herbert Qualls

Mr. William Herbert Qualls, age 65, of Lafayette, passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018, at Oak Ridge Methodist Medical Center.  There will be private Graveside Services at Smith’s Chapel Cemetery for Mr. Herbert Qualls, with Brother Jackie Rich officiating. Interment will follow.

Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Sunday, November 25, 2018, from 5 PM until 10 PM, Monday from 9 AM until 10 PM.
