Mr. George Larry Holmes, age 69 of Gallatin, TN died Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Sumner Regional Medical Center, Gallatin, TN. Preceded in death by: Wife, Jane Holmes; Sister, Bettie Jo Holmes, Brother, William Richard Holmes, Nephew, Paul Holmes & Great Nephew, Timothy Tuttle. Survived by: Brother, Mr. Stephen Holmes-Franklin, KY; 2 Nephews, Ricky & Roger Holmes; Niece, Mary Angie (Keith) Shelton Great Nieces, Tabitha (Germaine) McMurry, Casey (Jim) Brady & Kenzie Shelton; Great Great Nephews, Brandon & Hayden Moss; Great Great Niece, Haylee Brady. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 2 PM Tuesday, March 5, 2013 conducted by Bro. Forest Creekmore. Interment will be in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Sumner Co., TN. Visitation with the family will be from 9 AM until service time Tuesday.
